Reservation
Kindly note that your reservation will not be processed until your registration fee is paid.
Cancellation
Payment for the full amount of the room rates must be made ONLINE to secure your reservation at Zhongguanyuan Global Village. Room cancellations should be made before August 15th, 2020. Cancellations received on or before August 15th, 2020, are entitled to a refund minus 5% as commission fee. Cancellations received after August 15th, 2020 will not receive a refund. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the conference secretariat at oec238i@pku.edu.cn.
Note：
a. Due to the shortage of hotel rooms, we can only arrange accommodation during the conference (from September 20 to September 24, 2020). If you need to check in earlier or check out later, please confirm with the Secretariat (Email: oec238i@pku.edu.cn ) first.
b. Hotel reservation is only valid after your successful payment of registration fee and room rate.
c. The deadline for room reservation in the registration system is August 15, 2020. All rooms will be booked on a "first come, first served" basis. Early reservations are highly recommended.
